WMS Industries, Inc. was an American electronic gaming and amusement manufacturer in Enterprise, Nevada. It was merged into Scientific Games in 2016. WMS's predecessor was the Williams Manufacturing Company, founded in 1943 by Harry E. Williams.

It was renamed Williams Entertainment, Inc., which in turn became Midway Home Entertainment in 1996. The Texas and San Diego offices were consolidated in 2001. Midway Home Entertainment published and marketed all Midway video games made for home consoles.

In 1994, WMS Industry purchased Tradewest and formed Williams Entertainment Inc. which published, developed and distributed their own unique games as well as those made by their fellow subsidiary Midway Games.
Formerly one of the world's largest pinball manufacturers, WMS retooled in the late 1990s to focus exclusively on the gaming industry. Its most popular games are based on "Monopoly," "Hollywood Squares," the television show "Survivor," "Pac-Man," "Scrabble," and "Pictionary."
Tradewest became known briefly as Williams Entertainment before being renamed Midway Home Entertainment in 1996; the San Diego studio was renamed Midway Studios San Diego. The two offices were combined in 2001.
