Website. wyomingcountypa.gov. Wyoming County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 26,069. [1] Its county seat is Tunkhannock. [2] It was created in 1842 from part of Luzerne County. The county is part of the Northeast Pennsylvania region of the state.
