May 5, 2023 · Alicante Train Station is very central and easy to reach, however, the Spanish train service is limited so if you’re coming from another country, the easiest, shortest and cheapest way to arrive in Alicante is by plane. From Madrid, a train takes 2 hours 30 minutes, while it takes 5 hours from Barcelona, and 2 hours from Valencia.
