  6. Feb 26, 2013 · The Storyteller is an excellent book, one of the few works of fiction to which I will give a five-star rating. There is conflict, both internal and external, the major characters are well-drawn and highly believable, and there are enough plot twists and turns to keep the reader guessing about some things until the final pages.
