From the obvious characters to hidden origin stories, here are all the champions in Arcane and how they play in League of Legends in alphabetical order. These are only champions who appear on-screen, not those who might have had their existence implied by dialogue or scenery.
- Ryze. Ryze first appears in episode two for a brief cameo. He appears in a sequence where Jayce and his mother are stuck in a blizzard. Ryze uses his magic to teleport Jayce and his mother to Piltover.
- Kindred. The kindred make a blink-and-you-miss-it cameo in episode five. When Vi and Caitlyn visit the brothel, we get a brief glimpse of the Kindred chilling on a couch.
- Ekko. Ekko shows up as a child in the first episode of Arcane. He is a childhood friend of Vi and Jinx, having grown up with them in Zuan. He even gave them the break-in tip on the penthouse in Piltover.
- Singed. Singed appears in the first episode and is performing a science experiment on unwilling participants for Silco. As we learn, he is developing a drug called Shimmer that increases the strength and violence of its users.
