Carla Gallo (Daisy) was actually heavily pregnant during that episode. When her agent was called and informed them she was pregnant, they decided to write it into the show, because they felt that she needed to be there for his death regardless. Fun fact- she actually gave birth 6 hours after filming her last scene with Sweets.
