There's a pretty good amount of bonus content in there now, including some fun exclusive sex scenes (like a Lisa/Jez threesome).

I'll be releasing the Premium Edition on March 3rd along with Update 14. I'll make an announcement then, and you'll be able to buy it in the store and play Update 14 immediately.
No, this is the only planned paid version for Come Home. All future bonus content will be included in this package. So you only have to pay this once and you'll continue to receive access to all bonus content until the game is complete. Nothing is changing with the free version. The free version will still continue to be updated and I will eventually complete it. The premium edition only contains bonus optional content.
