Aug 29, 2023 · If a customer notices a problem with their covered system or item within the warranty period, they can request service online or by phone 24/7. Ryan Homes will assign a qualified local contractor from its network to diagnose and fix the problem. The customer will pay a service fee directly to the contractor at the time of service.
If you know that a broken or malfunctioning item is covered, then you need to request a service visit from a contractor approved by your home warranty provider. This step starts the process of filing a claim.

Warranty Requests. How to enter an online warranty request: Visit the warranty website at myryanhome.com. Select the WARRANTY REQUESTS link from the link bar at the top of the main page. Enter your zip code and only the numeric portion of your street address.
