All students have free access to the Wellness Center which offers a swimming pool, basketball and racquetball courts, an indoor track, cardio and weight equipment, exercise classes, and more. The Wellness Center is located on West Campus.

About Competitive Swimming at the Shepherd University Wellness Center. In 2014, The Shepherd University Wellness Center (SUWC) Sea Snakes Swim Team was created to service the local community with a fun and competitve swimming option for youth ages 5-18.
