Sep 22, 2018 · The general consensus here on this forum was not to take a bath on it with a quick sale and to keep a hold of it. I upped the stakes a bit by contacting David Slade @ Airgunwerks in TN. A few calls and emails later and it was shipped off to him.
David did his full pro tune with trigger job with all new internal parts (spring, seals, sleeve etc.) and polished every moving part by hand to the point of "silky" not even being close to an adequate word to express the action. No, of course that is not the factory stock she is currently wearing.

I'm just trying to get some idea of time frame. I sent a P1 about a month ago. He hasn't contacted me for payment and hasn't responded to email.

Sep 8, 2020 · I will definitely recommend you contact david slade, hes worked on these guns for decades and has tons of spare parts. It soulds like a weak detent spring and im sure he could tale care of that for you.
Nov 9, 2015 · #1. I wasn't able to shoot but a fellow airgunner was nice enough to drive me down to enjoy the fun. Brad & David ( & others) put up a GREAT course , I got to hear more first hand National's storied, saw some new gear I hadn't seen before, spoke with one of the new AAFTA Governors , learned a few new shooting tips, excellent lunch, ... ..... .
