     The problem was an incorrect restriction in http referrers I was using (*).womensadventureclub.com.au/* due to misreading the example Any URL in a single subdomain, using a wildcard asterisk (*): sub.example.com/*

     I then thought that using (*)://*.womensadventureclub.com.au/* would fix the issue but found in another area it failed. Changing to https://www.womensadventureclub.com.au/* & https://womensadventureclub.com.au/* fixed it

     This may not be helpful to everyone with this problem, but here's what worked for our needs...

     We were creating new projects in the Developers Console for each app so that each would have its own unique sender key for push notifications. What we discovered is that all apps can have the same sender key, as long as the push notification server (AWS SNS in our case) can differentiate the delivery targets by another means, which we're doing by bundle ID when devices register for push. In the end, we didn't need to have unique projects for each app.

     It doesn't answer the questions of what the limits are or how to get past them once they've been reached, but it provided the means to the end we were seeking.

     You cannot change/transfer the ownership of a Google Play Console Developers Account.

     Once a developer account is created, the email address used to register is permanently tied to the account.

     From the Official Help:

     Account owner email address and country

     The account owner email address and country can't be changed. However, you can create a new account using a different email address or country and transfer your apps to your new account.

     Accounts with published or unpublished apps

     To transfer apps to a new account, go to our app transfer checklist.

     Accounts without apps

     If you haven't published any apps using your existing Play Console account, you can create a new account and cancel your existing account.

     However, there is a workaround.

     • You can create a new developer account & make the payment for the same.
     • Transfer your apps to the new developer account.
     • Ask google to close the previous account & they will refund the registration fees of the previous account.

     I fixed this issue after I enable the API "Places API". Click on the option "ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES" as per image below. Search for "Places API" and enable this services. It should fix your issue.

     In my case, I had enabled the "Places SDK for Android" and I was trying to call the Places API using the url below but it wouldn't work as I need the "Places API" to be enabled.
