“We Are Not Alone”, Breaking Benjamin’s second full-length album, is seemingly full of songs that could potentially be singles. This works both for and against the mainstream rock band. The atmosphere is gritty, but at the same time appealing.

Aug 7, 2024 · post-grunge. alternative metal. Play This On. While "Saturate" would not garner much attention when it came out in 2002, it would show Breaking Benjamin is a band that held much promise, breaking into the post-grunge genre with some more unique spins on it, rather than the washed-out.
