Sep 7, 2022 · Don’t Use This Bad Booking Mess. Booked a flight in Oct. 2023 for trip in Dec. 2023. In Nov. I had to have emergency surgery on my existing AK leg amputation on Nov.21st. Called and called these scam artists, waited on hold for hours over three or four phone calls. Even used the Return a Call option.
