You have to click on the specific “mix” (aka “Album”) first before you can make it public. After you’ve clicked it, there will be a lock with a drop-down box which will allow you to make the album public.

Help me find a way to load old myspace photos. Trying to help someone get to some old photos for a funeral. I found their profile and it's public. I have clicked on the photos and the mixes tabs and it shows the pictures trying to load but they don't.
