On March 14, 2012, CBS renewed Hawaii-Five-0 for a third season. Filming began on July 9, 2012, with a traditional Hawaiian blessing. The season premiered on September 24, 2012. The season premiere aired one day earlier in Hawaii on Waikīkī Beach.
With Alex O'Loughlin, Scott Caan, Taylor Wily, Daniel Dae Kim. When Steve McGarrett returns home to Oahu to find his father's killer, the Governor offers him the chance to run his own task force: Five-0.
