Across the street from the Palais des Congrès (Convention Center) there is a parking inside the Embassy Hotel with public spots. It is less expensive than the Convention Center. There is also one under the National Bank building at Place d'Armes.

If you don't mind your car being outside, there is a parking on St-Laurent corner Notre-Dame. If you prefer indoors, there is a parking at the Embassy hotel on St-Antoine Street for $23 a day and I believe the Convention Center is $25 a day.
