    Jon Zimmer Jr. (born March 14th) is a monster truck driver out of Grandy, North Carolina. He is the driver of Terminal Velocity, formerly with Over Bored Motorsports. He is the son of Jon Zimmer as his name would suggest.

    Zimmer Jr. officially began driving monster trucks in 2020, when he joined Over Bored Motorsports to drive the recently introduced Terminal Velocity.

    In 2021, Zimmer Jr. made his first Monster Jam appearance in Oklahoma City in May and would win the skills challenge competition during the Sunday afternoon show. He would also go on to win that year's Monster Truck Throwdown championship.

    In 2022, Zimmer Jr. competed in Monster Jam Arena Championship Series Central and finished 5th. He would also make select appearances in Arena Championship Series East in Hampton and Little Rock. He later won the rookie of the year along with Weston Anderson at the World Finals. Later that year, he drove Dirt Crew and in Dayton, Ohio, he drove Hooked.

    In 2023, Zimmer Jr. competed on Arena Series Central. On the series he would have a very notably rivalry with Brandon Vinson throughout the year, both being in a tight points chase that would eventually come down to the final weekend of the series in Green Bay. However, Brandon would eventually win the series over him, with Jon finishing in second place being the highest ranked independent Monster Jam driver of the 2023 season. Jon Zimmer Jr. & his dad appeared on Inside Monster Jam later in the year. In Fremont, Michigan, he drove Block Head. In Miami, Oklahoma, he drove Dirt Crew & became the king of Miami. During freestyle at show 1, the truck shut off during a jump and nosedived, breaking off a wheel. Jon was not injured. He would make a World Finals appearance as a two-wheel skills competitor, finishing 2nd to Tyler Menninga. In Escanaba, Michigan, he drove Dirt Crew again. His chassis would later be used for the team's new truck, Tannerite, which is driven by Tanner Swinhart at an independent show in August. He would drive Just Get Er Done II in the Tampa arena shows as a fill-in for Brandan Tulachka. He later left Over Bored Motorsports at the end of 2023 to debut his own team, Send It Motorsports, alongside his father.
