    The second day felt a bit harder than the first. I think part of that had to do with the fact that it was a Saturday, so the idea of starting the day with some Netflix sounded a lot more appealing than working out. To help stay motivated, I got my boyfriend to join me. The circuit included the same two workouts as the day before plus a third “optional” video.
