I bought an analogue TV box online from icoolgadgets.com for £72. They claim on their website that everything is pre installed on the box and is ready to use.

Bought and received 2 tv boxes that were advertised to replace cable. Instructions make no sense, and no one from customer service will get back to me after several emails and one phone call. Their return policy is “3 days after receipt.” Appears to be a scam rip off artist.

I received TV BOX 4K unit today in the mail that I ordered. The unit does not even have a tunner in it therefor it does not work properly. I am returning to the address above and demanding my money back.
