Eh, I have found that Danzig has been subject to some ridicule from mostly elitist music journalist circles who think he takes himself too seriously and the internet generally likes to pile on with all the Danzig memes. Within even Misfits fandom, people like to shit on the Graves/Jerry Only era.
Danzig era misfits are awesome, can't wait to see them at Riotfest this year. Danzig's lyrics are so dark, it's like the musical equivalent of watching classic horror movies.
