Apr 1, 2022 · Jim Semivan, who is an Unknowncountry subscriber, was a CIA officer for 25 years, and is a founding member of To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences (TTSA), which recently rebranded as ‘To The Stars, Inc.’. Now retired from the CIA, Jim still serves as a consultant to the Intelligence Community.
In his recent coast to coast am interview Jim talked about his personal encounter with the phenomenon. I'm not sure if he ever gave details about it in the past other then something in his bedroom. He says something resembling a 'Death Eater', a hooded figure, appeared to him to tell about his best friends death.
