Online Court Records Search. Please select an access option. Public. This option allows for anonymous access to court records. Attorney. This option allows for Attorneys of Record to see their cases. A user id and password is required.
The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's Office offers services for online searches of Official and Court Records, Court Records requests, physical file viewing, marriage licenses, passports, Board of County Commissioner meeting minutes, and Value Adjustment Board records.
There is a portal through the county website to search most records online. Deeds, which are legal documents regarding the ownership of property or legal rights, can be obtained from the County Clerk of Circuit Court, too. In this county, the Clerk also functions as the County Recorder.
You can search by name, case number, or date filed. You can request court records from the County Clerk of Circuit Court for most court records, with the exception of US District Court records.
