Patrol Masters has the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. When emailing questions about when to renew the parking permit for the residence I am staying at, they had no idea when the renewal would be and would not give me an update either.

Patrol Master staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. One employee laughed at us after informing them they sent us to the wrong tow yard for the second time. Another employee offered us a $20 discount for our trouble only to take it away because I didn't have a "good attitude".
