Patrol Masters has the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. When emailing questions about when to renew the parking permit for the residence I am staying at, they had no idea when the renewal would be and would not give me an update either.

Our community uses patrol masters to monitor cars that park inside the community illegally without a permit. I have parked my car in the same spot in the community for the last 6 months with the parking placard placed on the dashboard. They see my car every night and today I wake up to find it towed.

He was so unprofessional I couldn't believe what I was seeing.. Bottom line: this is the WORST security company we've had in the 21 years I've lived here. Of course, this opinion, although based on fact will go nowhere because Patrol Masters wants to pretend they don't do much wrong.

Jan 16, 2010 · Patrol Masters is a solid company with more than experienced and qualified staff. Whoever wrote about that they are shady and that they patrol masters are getting kickbacks from tow companies is 100 percent false.
