I have had the worst experience with Patrol Masters - it is a persistent issue on several levels which is why I am compelled to finally leave a review. Garage inspections were a nightmare to schedule and they are incredibly difficult to get ahold of.

Patrol Masters has the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. When emailing questions about when to renew the parking permit for the residence I am staying at, they had no idea when the renewal would be and would not give me an update either.
