Patrol Masters always has at least a 10 minute wait when you call them, and they insist you use their terrible website. Their website looks like it was built by a 10 year old who decided to take up coding this morning.

Patrol Masters has the worst customer service and are very unprofessional. When emailing questions about when to renew the parking permit for the residence I am staying at, they had no idea when the renewal would be and would not give me an update either.
