Oct 2, 2019 · San Elijo State Beach is located in Cardiff, Calfornia just north of San Diego. All the highly rated campgrounds are situated near the ocean, but to get your toes into the sand requires traversing a stairway.
Camping with ocean views on the bluff, so you can take in a sunset over the pacific. Close proximity to San Elijo lagoon for a quick hike or run, close to shops for food/ drinks and just a great all-around place to camp. This campground is located right next to the beach as well as next to the San Elijo Lagoon.
