In North America and worldwide, Bella Sara cards were published under the label of Concept Card ApS until it was replaced by Bella Sara LLC. Translations of Bella Sara were published by the following companies:

Bella Series
In 2005, Gitte Odder Brændgaard founded the Denmark company, Conceptcard, and released the very first Bella series. All four series were exclusive to Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Bella Sara Series
In 2006, Conceptcard licensed with Hidden City Entertainment of North America to distribute cards internationally, and the name of the series was changed from Bella to Bella Sara. In June 2011, the contract expired and Hidden City Entertainment closed. Conceptcard signed a licensing contract with The Bella Sara Company, LLC of North America and continued to release cards until June, 2013, when The Bella Sara Company, LLC closed as well. Promo Series
These card sets were only available through promotional Events and/or Merchandise. They were not announced as separate series, but each set has individual card numbers and/or codes, thus making them a subset of Promo Cards.
