Sheldon H. Stark, (1909-1997) cartoon editor for New Fun #1-2. Stark has been credited by some with the script for the “Oswald the Rabbit” strips and may have contributed to some of the other unattributed scripts. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to Russian emigrants.
