Sep 14, 2007 · Former Sumner County Attorney William R. Mott has been named District Court Judge of Kansas’ 30th Judicial District, Gov. Kathleen Sebelius announced today. Mott will fill the seat vacated by retiring judge Thomas Graber. The district covers Barber, Harper, Kingman, Pratt and Sumner counties.
