Access your Target account. Visit the Registry page. Search for the registry or wish list by entering the first and last name of a registrant. Select View registry next to the appropriate registry. Locate the item you wish to mark as purchased. Select Mark as purchased and follow the prompts.
Your friends and family can search for your registry or list on Target.com and in Target stores. Your registry may also appear in searches on TheKnot.com (and its partner sites), MyRegistry.com, making it easier for people to find your registry.
