Aug 26, 2014 · Hey there, ALPHA10MEGA! The service alert is only related to Diablo III, and the only way to get rid of it is when we take it down. It shouldn't affect your ability to connect up to Xbox Live. Would you please post up more information about what happens when you try to play online games?

This is not something that can be fixed your end or theirs. It pretty much says what it is. There is an active service alert for all users at the point of that service alert. They come and they go, though more frequently lately.It's nothing to worry about.
