Arcadia Lake is a relatively young body of water. This lake was constructed as a cooperative effort between the City of Edmond and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and opened in 1987. The normal elevation of Arcadia Lake is 1,006 feet.
Facilities include picnic areas, a Frisbee golf course, pavilions, boat ramps, designated swim beaches and an enclosed, heated fishing dock that is handicap accessible. Arcadia Lake also features RV campsites with full hookups and primitive tent campsites.

This large, man-made lake accommodates all water sports and stocked fishing. Sandy beaches have restroom and shower facility locations, boat ramps, pavilions, camping sites, picnic tables and grills. In August, a sailing regatta is held at the lake.
