Home to the US Border Patrol Academy, FLETC Artesia trains all new incoming agents for 117 days (6 Months). Trainees learn all of the above as well as Spanish language skills. After the trainees graduate from the Academy located at FLETC, they will move on their sectors for processing, then on to their new home station.
