Historic U.S Route 66, Illinois Route 4 Driving Exhibit. Cruise down this ¼ mile stretch of original 1926 Route 66 pavement! The stretch deadends at a gravel lot to turn around and head back down! Be on the lookout for the yellow STOP sign, it is an original and predates the standardized red STOP sign used today.
