Jun 26, 2023 · Premium Economy was, overall, fantastic. Decent meals, free drinks, a glass of Sekt after takeoff, hot towels, tons of legroom, entertainment, and other goodies are included. The Airbus A330-Neo had a civilized 2-4-2 seating arrangement, too. While the actual flight was great, the customer service was another thing.
