The Royal Bhutan Police has launched Social Media Hotline through WhatsApp, Wechat and Telegram to facilitate the general public to file anonymous complaints and share information regarding crime and criminals for the purpose of safety and security of the people, the community, and the country.
SMS Based Security Clearance Service: The general public can now apply for security clearance certificate (SCC) and check the application status through SMS. Both B-Mobile and T-Cell users can avail this facility. This service is developed by G2C Office, Thimphu.
