This recipe for German Rum Bundt Cake is an update on the classic holiday fruitcake. Buttery, fruity and covered with a warm rum glaze, it's a cross between our old family recipe for Bundt Cake and Rum Cake.
Apr 17, 2020 · Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch Bundt pan. Place chopped nuts in the bottom of the Bundt pan. Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and rum in an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
