I talked to "Arup Gupta" (hard to find a phone number) and got nowhere. Apparently if you don't order in a while they cancel orders without any attempt to fix the problem. Excellent customer service and I am sure it drives customers to Amazon. Way to go Walmart, your online shopping seriously sucks.
