New Line Cinema is an American film production company. It was founded in 1967, and later became an independent film studio. It did not have an on-screen logo until 1972. The logo design and letters were changed in 2001 following Time Warner's purchase by AOL.

May 20, 2024 · The New Line Cinema logo is silver and set against a cold moonlit sky, and gets covered in swirling ice. Ice is the power of Mortal Kombat fighter Sub-Zero. Like the normal logo, this was made by Devastudios.
The "NEW LINE CINEMA" text is revealed through the reflections of the zooming boxes, and is now in the font used by the 2001 print logo. The 2003 Time Warner byline remains intact, and is also made of glass.
