- Cell Activation. Cell Activation was an ability that Nine stole from Katsuma Shimano's father at the beginning of the film. This Quirk is similar to Recovery Girl's Heal in that it enables the user to activate specific cells in the bodies of those that they touch in order to increase their natural rate of recovery and regeneration.
