Fallout is a post-apocalyptic television show based on the video game franchise of the same name. The show is produced by Amazon MGMStudios, Kilter Films, and Bethseda Game Studios. Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan are the co-creators of the show, having worked together previously in developing the hit series Westworld.
The live-action Fallout series doesn’t directly adapt the storyline from any of the existing video games. It is an original story set in the same universe and timeline as the games. The events of the series are considered canon.
