Countess Louise Sophie af Danneskiold-Samsøe (22 September 1796 – 11 March 1867) was a member of a Danish noble family descended illegitimately from Christian V of Denmark, and the wife of Christian August II, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg.

Luise Sophie af Danneskiöld-Samsöe was born 22 September 1796 in Gisselfeld to Christian Sophus von Danneskiold-Samsoe (1774-1823) and Henriette Kaas (1776-1843) and died 11 March 1867 in Przemków of unspecified causes.

A descendant, Countess Frederikke Louise af Danneskiold-Samsøe (1699-1744,) married her kinsman Christian August, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg (1696-1754), a partitioned-off duke, and from whose marriage all the future Augustenborgs descend.
