He grew up in the rural Missouri town of Warrensburg. Curtis received a master's degree in Mass Communication in 1997 from the University of Central Missouri (UCM), formerly CMSU.
Grant Curtis is an executive producer on Moon Knight. He portrayed Man Being Judged by Ammit's Follower in the Moon Knight episode Gods and Monsters. He is also a producer on The Fantastic Four. He was interviewed for the Assembled episode The Making of Moon Knight.
