Oak Cliff is an area of Dallas, Texas, United States that was formerly a separate town in Dallas County; Dallas annexed Oak Cliff on April 04, 1903 (Dallas Ordinance Vol. 12, Pg. 1). It has since retained a distinct neighborhood identity as one of Dallas' older established neighborhoods.
The 2023 population of Oak Cliff is estimated to be 311,321. 49.4% of residents are male, 50.6% are female. The median age is 35.6. 41.6% of the Oak Cliff population are White, 38.9% are Black, 0.4% are Asian, and 9.5% identify as some other race. 19.1% are of Hispanic heritage.
