Agnes of Hohenstaufen (1176 – 7 or 9 May 1204) was the daughter and heiress of the Hohenstaufen count palatine Conrad of the Rhine. She was Countess of the Palatinate herself from 1195 until her death, as the wife of the Welf count palatine Henry V.

The German princess Agnes was the daughter of the Holy Roman Emperor Henry IV (r. 1056–1106) and Bertha of Savoy . Agnes married Frederick, duke of Swabia, and lived in the castle of Swabia, located in the Black Forest in southwest Germany. The couple was responsible for the beginnings of a German dynasty, the House of Hohenstaufen.
