Jan 4, 2023 · Ivanhoé Cambridge, a global real estate investment and development company, announced that Fox Corporation and News Corp have signed long-term leases for their corporate headquarters at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, a 44-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The leases will be effective in 2025 and 2027, respectively, and will include upgrades to the building's lobby, plazas and entrances.
