While traveling through the Atlanta airport, his darkest fear became a horrific reality as he went into cardiac arrest. Barry Windham would serve as a producer for the WWE for a period of time, leaving the company in 2008. In late 2011, Barry would face a scary health crisis but would recover to be able to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012 as part of the Four Horsemen.
