Calendar is the calendar and scheduling component of Outlook that is fully integrated with email, contacts, and other features. Just as you write in a notebook, you can click any time slot in the Outlook Calendar and start typing. By using the Calendar you can create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules, and much more.
Create a calendar. On the File menu, click New. Click BUILT-IN, and then click Calendars. (In Publisher 2010, click Calendars under Most Popular .) Click the calendar that you want to create. Calendars are categorized by type (for example, Full Page or Wallet Size ).
In Outlook on the web, go to Calendar and select Add calendar. Select Add personal calendars , then choose a personal account to add. Enter your account's credentials.
The easiest way to print a blank calendar without any of your meetings or appointments is to create a blank calendar, then use the print options to customize the date range and print styles (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly style). In Calendar, click Add Calendar, or Open Calendar and then click Create New Blank Calendar.
