It was originally a 6th gen game (PS2, GameCube, etc) then it was re-released on 360 with better resolution. The psp version is sadly a bit of a downgrade in the sense that the world is lacking in NPCs and those that are there can't be killed (unless they're enemies) which takes away some of the open world appeal.

It's not nostalgia, Burnout 3 and Revenge simply are better than Paradise. I don't think a Burnout game works in an open world setting, also I really hate how you can easily get lost in the world during a racing, which causes you to lose the race and you'd have to tediously go back to where you started the race to start it again.
